Approval of Lot Merger LM3-2026 for the Property Located at 450 W. Commercial Street, Pomona, CA, Assessor Parcel Numbers 8340-036-005 and 8340-036-006 Related to a Commercial Parcel Located at 450 W. Commercial Street (Council District 2) It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt the following Resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2026-98 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LOT MERGER LM3-2026 FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 450 W. COMMERCIAL STREET, ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBERS 8340-036-005 AND 8340-036-006; and 2) Authorize the City Engineer to sign Lot Merger LM3-2026 on behalf of the City of Pomona.
