Approval of Lot Merger LM1-2026 for the Property Located at 420 E. Mission Boulevard, Pomona, CA Assessor Parcel Numbers 8335-023-002 Related to a Commercial Parcel Located at 420 E. Mission Boulevard. (Council District 2) It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt the following Resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2026-97 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LOT MERGER LM1-2026 FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 420 E. MISSION BOULEVARD, ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBERS 8335-023-002; and 2) Authorize the City Engineer to sign Lot Merger LM1-2026 on behalf of the City.
