Approve an Agreement with Well Tec Services, Inc. for Rehabilitation of Well No. 23 It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Approve an agreement with Well Tec Services, Inc. for the rehabilitation of Well No. 23 in the amount not to exceed $316,284 for Worktag: Project 95097 - Water -Well Rehabilitation; and 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement with Well Tec Services, Inc. and any subsequent amendments, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
