Approval of a License Agreement with Bluepath Solar JCC Pomona LLC to Install Electrical Conduits on West Seventh Street It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO.2026-79 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A 35-YEAR LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH BLUEPATH SOLAR JCC POMONA LLC TO INSTALL ELECTRICAL CONDUITS ON W. SEVENTH STREET; and 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement with Bluepath Solar JCC Pomona LLC, and any extensions or amendments thereto, subject to review by the City Attorney
