Review Senate Bill 707 Brown Act Updates and Adopt a Resolution for a Technology Disruption Policy It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Review new Brown Act public meeting requirements and staff implementation 2) Provide direction to staff regarding limiting the time period for non-agendized public comment 3) Adopt the following resolution RESOLUTION NO. 2026-70- A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, TO ADOPT A TECHNOLOGY DISRUPTION POLICY FOR REMOTE MEETING PARTICIPATION AS REQUIRED BY SENATE BILL 707
