Adoption of a Resolution Receiving a Grant Award of $500,000 from Los Angeles County Regional Park and Open Space District and Amending the FY 2025-26 Operating Budget by Increasing Revenue Estimates It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2026 - 51 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA AMENDING THE FY 2025-26 OPERATING BUDGET BY ACCEPTING AND INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES BY $500,000 OF MEASURE A GRANT FUNDING FROM LOS ANGELES COUNTY’S REGIONAL PARK AND OPEN SPACE DISTRICT AND AMENDING THE FY 2026-27 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BY CHANGING THE TITLE OF THE “PALM LAKE GOLF COURSE MASTER PLAN” WORKTAG: PRJ-00013 FD428-CC2590-GR-000016, A NEW CIP PROJECT CREATED WITH THE ADOPTION OF THE FY 2026-27 CIP BUDGET TO “PALM LAKE GOLF COURSE REVITALIZATION,” WORKTAG: PRJ-00013- FD428-CC2590-GR-000016; and 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents or future amendments related to this action, with approval of the City Attorney as to form.
