Adopt a Resolution to Amend the FY 2025-26 Operating and FY 2025-26 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget and Approve an Amendment to Collaborative Solutions, LLC, Contract for Worktag: Project 71048 - Financial Software Project It is recommended that the City Council adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2026-57 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND THE FY 2025-26 OPERATING BUDGET AND THE FY 2025-26 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY UNAPPROPRIATING $50,000 OF GENERAL FUNDS FROM THE OPERATING BUDGET, FD101 GENERAL FUND | CC0101 GENERAL SERVICES | CONTROLLABLE CONTRACT SERVICES AND $42,187 OF AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN (ARP) FUNDS IN “TECHNOLOGY UPGRADE,” FD191 ARP | CC1410 TECHNOLOGY SERVICES | WORKTAG: GR10059 (FD101 CC2590 SC263 TRANSFER TO CIP WORKTAG: PROJECT 71048) AND APPROPRIATING $92,187 TO THE CIP BUDGET FOR “FINANCIAL SOFTWARE PROJECT,” $50,000 TO FD428 CIP PROJECT FUND | CC2590 CIP | RC116 TRANSFER FROM GENERAL FUND | WORKTAG: PROJECT 71048 AND $42,187 TO FD191 AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN | CC1410 TECHNOLOGY SERVICES | WORKTAGS: PROJECT 71048 GR71048.
