Approval of Lot Merger LM11-2023 for the Property Located at 725-731 E. Columbia Ave, Pomona, CA, Assessor Parcel Number 8338-022-025, Related to the Garage Conversion into a 960 Sq Ft Detached ADU, (Council District 4) It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt the following Resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2026-33 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LOT MERGER LM11-2023 FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 725-731 E. COLUMBIA AVENUE, ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 8338-022-025; and 2) Authorize the City Engineer to sign Lot Merger LM11-2023 on behalf of the City of Pomona.
