Approval of Agreement Between City of Pomona and Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (LACMTA) for Station Activation of Pomona North A Line Station It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Discuss and provide recommendations to the Staff on activation types that can be incorporated into Exhibit A - Description of Activations in Agreement. 2) Approve the Agreement between the City of Pomona and LACMTA and authorize the City Manager to execute in substantial form, inclusive of completing necessary exhibits and activation details.
