Adoption of Urgency Ordinance No. 4362 Amending City of Pomona Zoning and Development Code Section 830.A (Accessory Dwelling Units) Pertaining to Accessory Dwelling Unit and Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit Regulations in Compliance with State Law It is recommended that the City Council introduce, waive further reading, and adopt the following: URGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 4362 - AN URGENCY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, PURSUANT TO SECTION 510 OF THE CITY CHARTER, AMENDING POMONA ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT CODE SECTION 830.A (ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS) PERTAINING TO ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS AND JUNIOR ACCESSORY DWELLING UNITS REGULATIONS IN COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAW AND DETERMINING THE URGENCY ORDINANCE TO BE EXEMPT FROM CEQA UNDER PUBLIC RESOURCES CODE SEC. 21080.17
