Approving Games Agreement with Los Angeles Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games 2028 d/b/a OCOG It is recommended that the City Council approve the Games Agreement with the Los Angeles Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games 2028 (OCOG) to be effective on the date of the last signature set forth in the Agreement by the Parties (for the City, Mayor and City Manager, with City Attorney to Form and City Clerk to Attest) and remaining in effect until the earlier of (i) the date the OCOG ceases to exist; (ii) the date of the express written agreement of each of the Parties hereto to terminate this Games Agreement, and (iii) the date this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Section 25 of the Agreement.
