California Department of Housing and Community Development Annual Progress Report for the 2024 Reporting Period It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Receive and file the 2024 Annual Progress Report; and 2) Direct staff to submit the report to California Department of Housing and Community Development and the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research.
