Approval of Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement for Administrative Services with the California Choice Energy Authority (CalChoice) It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Approve Amendment No. 4 to the Agreement for Administrative Services (Amendment) with CalChoice; and 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Amendment and related documents with CalChoice, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
