Approve the Purchase of Specialized Trucks, Utility Trucks, and Equipment for the Water Resources Department It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Approve the purchase of four (4) Ford Lightning pickup trucks in the amount of $292,963 from Transwest Truck Centers, piggyback price extended via City of Ontario awarded bid #1718; 2) Approve the purchase of two Ford F350 utility trucks, one Ford F-550 Gate Valve Utility truck, and one Ford F-750 Dump truck in the amount of $659,776 from PB Loader, utilizing Sourcewell contract #96675; 3) Approve the purchase of one Easement Machine in the amount of $116,458 from Sewer Equipment, utilizing Sourcewell contract #12207-SCA; and, 4) Approve the purchase of one Backhoe Loader in the amount of $160,163 from Coastline Equipment, utilizing Sourcewell contract #011723-JDC.
