Approve a Sole Source Procurement with Grundfos CBS, Inc. for Pumping Equipment and Control Systems It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: Approve a sole source procurement with Grundfos CBS, Inc. for pumping equipment and control systems, for a five (5) year term; and, 2) Authorize the City Manager to approve purchase agreements, and any extensions thereto, on behalf of the City.
