Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the Acceptance of Measure A Funds to Administer the Homeless Incentive Program (HIP) and Amendment of the FY 2025-26 Operating Budget It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2025-94 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF $93,645 IN MEASURE A FUNDS TO ADMINISTER THE HOMELESS INCENTIVE PROGRAM (HIP) AND AMENDMENT OF THE FY 2025-26 OPERATING BUDGET 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute all agreements, amendments and any other documentation requested for acceptance of the award, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
