Adoption of a Resolution Authorizing the Art in Public Places Program Staff to Apply for the California Art Council Grant Opportunity in Partnership with the dA Center for the Arts and Downtown Pomona Owner’s Association to Establish the City of Pomona as a California Cultural District and Committing to $10,000 from the Art in Public Places Fund as a Match If Awarded It is recommended that the City Council adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2025-93 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA AUTHORIZING THE ART IN PUBLIC PLACES PROGRAM STAFF TO APPLY FOR THE CALIFORNIA ART COUNCIL GRANT OPPORTUNITY IN PARTNERSHIP WITH DA CENTER FOR THE ARTS AND DOWNTOWN POMONA OWNER’S ASSOCIATION TO ESTABLISH THE CITY OF POMONA AS A CALIFORNIA CULTURAL DISTRICT AND COMMITTING TO $10,000 FROM THE ART IN PUBLIC PLACES FUND AS A MATCH IF AWARDED
