Award a Contract to Z&K Consultants for Construction Management and Labor Compliance Services for the Rehabilitation of 252 E. 4th Street, Pomona, CA It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Approve an award of contract to Z&K Consultants for Construction Management and Labor Compliance Services for the rehabilitation of 252 E. 4th Street, Pomona, in the Amount of $177,092; and, 2) Authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the professional services agreement and any amendments thereto, subject to review by the City Attorney.
