Award a Bid to Morton Salt for the Purchase of Bulk Sodium Chloride It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Award a bid to Morton Salt for the purchase of bulk sodium chloride, at the prices bid, for a five-year term; and 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee any extensions, subsequent changes or amendments thereto, on behalf of the City.
