Approve an Amendment to the Professional Services Agreement with Barr and Clark, Inc. for Radon Testing Services by Increasing the Total Amount to $149,900 It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Approve an increase to the existing professional services agreement with Barr & Clark, Inc. for Radon Testing Professional Services by $50,000 or to $149,900; and 2) Authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the amendment to the professional services agreement, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
