Approval of the 2025 Sanitary Sewer Management Plan It is recommended that the City Council: 1) Approve the 2025 Sewer Management Plan (SSMP) in Attachment No. 1; and, 2) Direct staff to submit the approved document to the State Water Resources Control Board (Water Board) to meet compliance deadline.
