Mission Boulevard, Pomona, CA, Assessor Parcel Number 8335-014-046 to -052, Including the Vacation of a Portion of a Public Alley, Related to 36 Unit Residential Condominium Development (Council District 2) It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2025-37 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING TRACT MAP TM NO. 70570 FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 675 E. MISSION BOULEVARD, ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 8335-014-046 TO -052, INCLUDING THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF A PUBLIC ALLEY 2) Authorize the City Engineer to sign the Tract Map TM No. 70570 on behalf of the City.
