Resolution to Amend the FY 2024-25 CIP Budget by Creating a New Project, “Pomona Emerging Transportation Technologies (PETT),” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-68597 It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2025-36 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE FY 2024-25 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY CREATING A NEW PROJECT, “POMONA EMERGING TRANSPORTATION TECHNOLOGIES (PETT),” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-68597 AND ACCEPTING, INCREASING REVENUE ESTIMATES, AND APPROPRIATING $10,621,872 OF FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION (FHWA) FISCAL YEAR 2023-2024 ADVANCED TRANSPORTATION TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION (ATTAIN) PROGRAM GRANT FUNDS TO THE PROJECT 2) Authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the agreement and other documentation requested for acceptance and implementation of the grant awards, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
