Approving an Amendment to the Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) Plan for years 2021, 2022, and Authorizing Submittal to the State Department of Housing and Community Development It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Conduct a Public Hearing to receive comments on the amendments to the Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) Plan for years 2021, 2022 and 2023; 2) After receiving public comment and testimony, close the Public Hearing and adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2025-15 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE AMENDMENT TO THE PERMANENT LOCAL HOUSING ALLOCATION (PLHA) PLAN FOR YEARS 2021, 2022 AND 2023 AND AUTHORIZING SUBMITTAL TO THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT 4) Authorize the City Manager, or her designee, to execute the Standard Agreement any subsequent amendments or modifications thereto, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
