Approval of an Agreement between the City of Pomona and the County of Los Angeles for Traffic Signal Improvements along Arrow Highway It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Approve the Traffic Signal Synchronization Program (TSSP) Agreement with the County of Los Angeles; and 2) Authorize the City Manager or her designee to execute the related TSSP Agreement, and any amendments or related documents, subject to review by the City Attorney.
