Approval of Grant of Easement to Southern California Edison for Electric Vehicle Infrastructure at Palomares Park It is recommended that the City Council take the following action: 1) Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2024-143 - A RESOULTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING GRANT OF EASEMENT ECR-2023 TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA EDISON FOR ELECTRICAL INFRASTRUCTURE INSTALLATION ON A PORTIO OF CITY PROPERTY LOCATED AT 499 E ARROW HIGHWAY (PALOMARES PARK), POMONA, ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 8366-017-900 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to sign the Grant of Easement to SCE on behalf of the City.
