Approve a Sole-Source Purchase of Flock Cameras from Flock Safety, Inc. in the Amount Not to Exceed $500,000 It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Authorize sole-source purchases of Flock cameras from Flock Safety, Inc. in the amount not to exceed $500,000; 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute any and all agreements on behalf of the City, subject to review and approval as to form by the City Attorney.
