Approval of Lot Merger LM5-2024 for the Property Located at 1580 N. Park Avenue, Pomona, CA, Assessor Parcel Number 8359-023-007, Related to the Remodeling of an Existing Residential Property (Council District 1) It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2024-139 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING LOT MERGER LM5-2024 FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1580 N. PARK AVENUE, ASSESSOR PARCEL NUMBER 8359-023-007; and 2) Authorize the City Engineer to sign Lot Merger LM5-2024 on behalf of the City of Pomona.
