Public Hearing to Receive Comments on the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Conduct a public hearing to receive comments on the Fiscal Year (FY) 2023-2024 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Home Investment Partnerships (HOME) Program, and Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) Funds; 2) Upon conclusion of the public hearing, direct staff to incorporate comments received into the final FY 2023-2024 CAPER; and 3) Approve the FY 2023-2024 CAPER for submission to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
