Retroactively Approve Emergency Purchase for Pool Repairs It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Per Pomona Municipal Code Section 2-998 - Emergency Purchases, retroactively approve expenditures for the emergency purchase of Accu-Tab and Acid-Rite Feeder Systems and Automated Pool Chemical Controllers at Washington Park and Ganesha Park pools; and 2) Approve the payment to Aqua Source, Inc. in the amount of $173,877.82.
