Public Hearing for an appeal of Planning Commission’s approval of a Development Plan Review (DPR-021499-2023) and Tentative Tract Map (TRACTMAP-021501-2023) to develop a 1.9 acre site with 45 residential units, consisting of eight structures, each three stories in height, as well as associated on-site and off-site improvements. It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Conduct a Public Hearing regarding the appeal received for the project; and, 2) After receiving public comment and testimony, close the Public Hearing and adopt the following resolutions: RESOLUTION NO. 2024-134 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA APPROVING A DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW (DPR-021499-2023) FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF 45 RESIDENTIAL UNITS AS WELL AS ASSOCIATED ON-SITE AND OFF-SITE IMPROVEMENTS ON A PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1707 N. TOWNE AVENUE (ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 8339-001-008) RESOLUTION NO. 2024-135 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA APPROVING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP NO. 84154 (TRACTMAP-021501-2023) FOR CONDOMINIUM PURPOSES IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE DEVELOPMENT OF 45 RESIDENTIAL UNITS AS WELL AS ASSOCIATED ON-SITE AND OFF-SITE IMPROVEMENTS ON A PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1707 N. TOWNE AVENUE (ASSESSOR’S PARCEL NUMBER 8339-001-008)
