Approve a Memorandum of Understanding and License Agreement between the City of Pomona and Just Us 4 Youth For the Use of Renacimiento Community Center It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Approve the Memorandum of Use (MOU) and License Agreement with Just Us 4 Youth; and 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute a one-year agreement with a one-year renewal option and any future amendments on behalf of the City.
