Authorize City Staff to Reject Bids for the Construction Contract for “Pomona Library Facility Improvements,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-74120 It is recommended that the City Council approve the following actions: 1) Authorize City Staff to reject the bid from Archico Design Build, Inc. for “Pomona Library Facility Improvements,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-74120, to include all Base Bid items, plus Additive Alternate Nos. 1 through 10; and 2) Authorize City Staff to revise the Invitation for Bid documents and re-bid the project scope of work.
