Consideration of a Project Labor Agreement by and Between the City of Pomona and the Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council and the Signatory Craft Councils and Unions It is recommended that the City Council further consider a draft Project Labor Agreement with the Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council as well as an implementation strategy.
