Approval of On-Call Building and Safety Plan Check Consulting Services and Master Agreements It is recommended that the City Council authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute various three-year agreements with two one-year options on behalf of the City, in substantially the form submitted, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney.
