1. Development Plan Review (DPR 22353-2023): Project Address: 1105 E. Seventh Street Project Applicant: MG Development Group LLC c/o Michael Galanakis Project Planner: Alan Fortune, Assistant Planner Council District: CC District No. 3 Request to develop 44 dwelling units in two three-story buildings, each with 22 apartment units along with associated on-site and off-site improvements on a 1.06 acre site, currently developed with three primary residential units proposed to be demolished to accommodate the project.
