Approve Site Host Agreement with Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions Inc., at Palomares Park It is recommended that the City Council take the following action: 1) Approve Site Host Agreement with Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions Inc. (EVCS) for the operations and maintenance of the electric vehicle (EV) charging stations located at Palomares Park; and, 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to sign the Site Host Agreement and any amendments, with EVCS, contingent on City Attorney review.
