Approve Entering into an Agreement with Metropolitan Water District if they are Awarded a Federal Environmental Protection Agency Grant It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Approve entering into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (MWD) and nine agencies if awarded the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Climate Pollution Reduction Grant for Water Utilities Targeted Zero Emission Vehicle Transition Program (Attachment No. 1); and, 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute the MOA to EPA, and any sub-recipient agreements relating to this grant with MWD or the EPA if the grant is awarded.
