Amendment to Purchase Order with First Serve Productions, Inc. for “Park Improvements - Sport Court Resurfacing and Restriping” It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Approve Amendment No. 1 (Change Order No. 1) to Purchase Order (PO) No. 205413 with First Serve Productions, Inc., in the amount of $28,420, for a new total PO amount of $122,960 for additional pickleball equipment for “Park Improvements - Sport Court Resurfacing and Restriping,” Project No. 428-2590-XXXXX-71069; and 2) Authorize City Manager, or designee, to execute any amendments to the purchase order and related documents, on behalf of the City of Pomona (City), subject to City Attorney approval.
