Resolution to Amend the FY 2023-24 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget by Adding Additional Funding to “Washington Park Community Center Rehabilitation” It is recommended that the City Council adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2024-54 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, TO AMEND THE FY 2023-24 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP) BUDGET BY UNAPPROPRIATING $35,000 OF DISTRICT 3 CIP CARRYOVER DISCRETIONARY FUNDS FROM “NEW PLAYGROUND AT WASHINGTON PARK BASEBALL FIELDS,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71094 AND APPROPRIATING THIS AND $50,000 OF MAYORAL CORONAVIRUS STATE AND LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY AMERICAN RESCUE PLAN (ARP) FUNDING AND $50,000 OF DISTRICT 3 ARP FUNDING TO “WASHINGTON PARK COMMUNITY CENTER REHABILITATION,” PROJECT NO. 428-2590-XXXXX-71095
