Approval of a One-Year Agreement with the Downtown Pomona Owners’ Association for Supplemental Police Patrols in the Downtown Pomona Business Improvement District It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Approve an Agreement between the City of Pomona and the Downtown Pomona Owners’ Association for a one year period with the option to renew for one (1) additional year; and 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Agreement and any extensions to the Agreement on behalf of the City, in substantially the form submitted, subject to review and approval by the City Attorney.
