Recommendation to the City Council to Re-Name Vehicle Parking District (VPD) Lot 13 to Manuel Castillejos Plaza It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Consider the re-naming of the Vehicle Parking District (VPD) Lot 13 to “Manuel Castillejos Plaza”. 2) Authorize the City Manager to execute any and all documents on behalf of the City, subject to review by the City Attorney.
