Approve Amendment No. 3 to CASC Engineering to Continue Inspections and Plan Reviews It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Approve Amendment No. 3 (Attachment No. 1) to the Agreement with CASC Engineering in the amount not to exceed $250,000 for each FY 2023-2024 and FY 2024-2025 the continuation of the industrial, commercial, construction, and plan reviews; and, 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute any agreements necessary to complete the CASC Engineering amendments thereto, on behalf of the City, pending City Attorney review and approval.
