5. 2024 High School Watercolor Contest Staff recommends the Cultural Arts Commission approve the following -- (1) 2024 Watercolor Contest for Pomona High School students be released February 27, 2024, (2) with the themes being Open Category, “The Impact of the Arts” (in honor of April as Arts Month), and “My Pomona” (Places, Faces, Spaces), and (3) the creation of an Ad-Hoc committee for Watercolor Judging comprising of 3 Artists with a background in Watercolor use as a medium.
