Award a Contract to Oppenheimer National for the Installation of Drinking Fountains It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Approve the project, as described below, as being categorically exempt from CEQA pursuant to Section 15301; 2) Award a construction contract to Oppenheimer National for “Hydration Stations Upgrades,” Project No. 528-2590-XXXXX-71073 to include Base Bid and Additive Alternate for the installation of drinking fountains in the amount of $198,248; and, 3) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the construction contract and all related documents with Oppenheimer National on behalf of the City and any subsequent documents or amendments, subject to approval by the City Attorney.
