Approve a Professional Services Agreement for Consulting Services for the Safe Clean Water Program to Craftwater Engineering It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Approve a three-year Professional Services Agreement (PSA), with the option for two additional one-year terms for Engineering Consulting Services for Safe Clean Water (SCW) as well as respective Capital Improvement Program (CIP) projects falling under the SCW’s goals to Craftwater Engineering (Craftwater); and, 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the agreement on behalf of the City and any subsequent documents or amendments, subject to approval as to form by the City Attorney.
