Adopt a Resolution Authorizing the City of Pomona to Submit a Grant Application through the Skatepark Project for Martin Luther King, Jr Park - Skate Park It is recommended that the City Council take the following actions: 1) Adopt the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 2024-15 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF POMONA, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE SUBMITAL OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT FUNDS THROUGH THE SKATEPARK PROJECT FOR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM MARTIN LUTHER KING, JR PARK - SKATE PARK EXPANSION/LIGHTS PROJECT 2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute all documents related with thisaction, with approval of the City Attorney as to form.
