Consideration of a Project Labor Agreement by and Between the City of Pomona and the Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council and the Signatory Craft Councils and Unions It is recommended that the City Council consider directing Staff to meet and confer with the Los Angeles/Orange Counties Building and Construction Trades Council and bring a draft Project Labor Agreement template as well as an implementation strategy for the Council's consideration, within the next 90 days.
