2. Approve and authorize Chair to sign and ratify a lease agreement between Plumas County Sheriff's Office and Ecolab Inc., a US Foods Division ("Lessor"); effective May 1, 2024; (General Fund Impact) as approved in FY24/25 budget (70380 / 520900); this item was not approved as to form by County Counsel; discussion and possible action.
