Approve and authorize Chair to sign an agreement between Plumas County Department of Social Services and HP INC for purchase of computers, monitors, scanners, and printers; effective 11-5-2024; not to exceed $ 54,233.18; (No General Fund Impact) Funds to support this agreement include federal and state funds; approved as to form by County Counsel.
2. <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Approve and authorize Chair to sign an agreement between Plumas County Information Technology and Airespring, Inc. for the purchase of phone connectivity and voice/cloud services; effective 11/05/2024 for a three-year period; not to exceed $72,000; (General Fund Impact) as approved in adopted FY24/25 budget (2022052/520203); approved as to form by County Counsel.
3. Approve and authorize Chair to sign Task Order No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement between Plumas County Department of Public Works and Stantec Consulting Services, Inc. for Consulting Services regarding pavement improvements and widening. No General Fund Impact; approved as to form by County Counsel.
